How does it work?

Create a Shift Opportunity

Log into your account and create a Shift Opportunity. Enter the shift details, location and shift premium if desired. Select which location(s) and/or groups of employees you want to notify and submit your request.

Notify employees

A text message immediately goes out to all employees at those particular locations with the details about the open shift. All employees interested can reply with a simple “Yes” or "Y".

Select an employee to pick up the shift

You will be notified of all the employees that are interested and can select the best qualified to pick up the shift.

Shifts Simplified can also be used as a communication tool to send alerts. For example, you may want to send an alert that a location is closed due to inclement weather or to make your team aware of a safety incident. Shifts Simplified can help you do that with custom alerts.
